Bosques andinos de la vertiente occidental de la Cordillera Oriental en los Departamentos de Cundinamarca (Ramírez, 2017) Boyacá (Lynch, 2003;Bernal & Lynch,2008; Ramírez, 2017) Santander (Lynch, 2003;Bernal & Lynch,2008;Ramírez, 2017; Granados-Pérez & Ramírez-Pinilla, 2020) entre los 2300-3050 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
