Bosques subandinos de la vertiente occidental del Macizo central colombiano con registros en el departamento de Nariño (Lynch & Burrowes, 1990;Ruiz et al. 1996; Lynch, 1998;Acosta, 2000;Bernal & Lynch, 2008;Stuart et al. 2008) entre los 1200-1780 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
