Distribución en Colombia
Bosques andinos de la vertiente occidental de la Cordillera Occidental con registros en los departamentos de Cauca (Bernal & Lynch, 2008), Chocó (Lynch,1998;Acosta,2000;Stuart et al. 2008) y Valle del Cauca (Lynch,1998;Acosta,2000;Castro & Vargas, 2008;Bernal & Lynch, 2008;Stuart et al. 2008;Ospina et al. 2011) entre los 1900-2610 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
