Distribución en Colombia

Bosques andinos de la vertiente oriental del Macizo central colombiano en el Departamento de Putumayo (Ruiz et al. 1996;Mueses, 2005;Bernal & Lynch, 2008;Stuart et al. 2008) entre los 2100-2750 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
