Bosques subandinos de la vertiente occidental de la Cordillera Occidental en el Departamento del Valle del Cauca (Lynch, 1986;Ruiz et al. 1996;Lynch & Ruiz, 1996; Lynch, 1998;Lynch, 1999;Acosta,2000;Castro & Vargas, 2008;Stuart et al. 2008;Bernal & Lynch, 2008) entre los 1180-1300 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
