Distribucion en Colombia:

Bosques subandinos de la región central de la Cordillera Central en los Departamentos de Antioquia (Silverstone, 1971; Ruiz et al. 1996;Acosta, 2000;Bernal & Lynch, 2008) Caldas (Grant & Ardila, 2002;Acosta-Galvis et al. 2020) entre los 1240-1340 metros sobre el nivel del mar.
