Bosques subandinos y andinos de la Vertiente occidental de la Cordillera occidental con registros publicados en los Departamento de Antioquia (Acosta, 2000;Castro et al. 2004;Rada et al. 2017), Cauca (Castro et al. 2004;Rada et al. 2017) Chocó (Acosta, 2000;Castro et al. 2004;Rada et al. 2017), Risaralda (Castro et al. 2004;Rada et al. 2017) Valle del Cauca (Lynch, 1990; Ruiz et al. 1996;Restrepo & Naranjo, 1999; Cisneros & Mc Diarmid, 2007;Rada et al. 2017)  entre los 1280-2000 m (Ruiz et al. 1996;Bernal & Lynch, 2008)
