Distribución en Colombia:

Bosques subandinos de las vertientes norte y occidental de la Cordillera Occidental en los departamentos de Antioquia (Ruiz & Lynch, 1995; Ruiz et al. 1996 Acosta, 2000; Cisneros & Mc Diarmid, 2007:Rada et al. 2017), Caldas (Díaz-Ricaurte & Guevara-Molina 2020; Duarte et al. 2022), Córdoba (Romero et al. 2008; Díaz-Ricaurte & Guevara-Molina 2020)y Risaralda (Ruiz & Lynch, 1995; Ruiz et al. 1996; Acosta, 2000;Cisneros & Mc Diarmid, 2007) entre 800-1280 m (Bernal & Lynch, 2008).
